Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRG4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,738 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FLT1, SERPINE1, and FAM20A. Each is linked with PRG4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRG4-to-partner and partner-to-PRG4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRG4 versus FLT1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
