Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRG4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 31,160 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRG4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1QA, C1R, and C1S. Each is linked with PRG4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRG4-to-partner and partner-to-PRG4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRG4 versus C1QA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
