PRG4

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRG4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,924 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL18, AURKB, and RPL23AP82. Each is linked with PRG4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRG4-to-partner and partner-to-PRG4 results are reported.
