Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRG4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,494 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRG4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Subtelomeric heterochromatin formation, Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, and Spindle assembly. Each is linked with PRG4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRG4-to-partner and partner-to-PRG4 results are reported.
