Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRG4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 117 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are BBOX1, TMEM178B, and C6. Each is linked with PRG4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRG4-to-partner and partner-to-PRG4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BBOX1 grouped by PRG4-low versus PRG4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
