Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRG3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,800 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLC, CLEC10A, and CTSG. Each is linked with PRG3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRG3-to-partner and partner-to-PRG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRG3 versus CLC in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.
