Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRG3 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are pDC, Eosinophils, and Endothelial cells. Each is linked with PRG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRG3-to-partner and partner-to-PRG3 results are reported.
