Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRG3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 345 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRG3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to fluoride, Regulation of vascular associated smooth muscle cell differentiation, and Response to selenium ion. Each is linked with PRG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRG3-to-partner and partner-to-PRG3 results are reported.
