Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,359 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GZMB, C11orf21, and BIN2. Each is linked with PRF1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRF1-to-partner and partner-to-PRF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRF1 versus GZMB in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
