Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PREX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,071 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PREX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAT4, SNRK, and FBN1. Each is linked with PREX2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PREX2-to-partner and partner-to-PREX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PREX2 versus FAT4 in TGCT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PREX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PREX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
