PREX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PREX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,785 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PREX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX21_S121, SORBS3, and TLN2. Each is linked with PREX2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PREX2-to-partner and partner-to-PREX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PREX2 versus DDX21_S121 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PREX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PREX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
