PREX2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PREX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,109 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PREX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ST6GALNAC3, CAVIN2, and LDB2. Each is linked with PREX2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PREX2-to-partner and partner-to-PREX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PREX2 versus ST6GALNAC3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PREX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PREX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
