Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PREX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,432 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PREX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP1, CDCA2, and CYSTM1. Each is linked with PREX2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PREX2-to-partner and partner-to-PREX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP1 grouped by PREX2-low versus PREX2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PREX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PREX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
