Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRELP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,877 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRELP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNS2_S102, TPM1, and ASPN. Each is linked with PRELP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRELP-to-partner and partner-to-PRELP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRELP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRELP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
