PRELP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRELP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,260 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRELP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD116-3, RNA5SP73, and SPATA8-AS1. Each is linked with PRELP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRELP-to-partner and partner-to-PRELP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRELP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRELP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
