Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRELP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRELP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, FoxM1, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with PRELP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRELP-to-partner and partner-to-PRELP results are reported.
