PRELID1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRELID1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,678 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRELID1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DIAPH1, LARP1, and RARS1. Each is linked with PRELID1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRELID1-to-partner and partner-to-PRELID1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRELID1 versus DIAPH1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRELID1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRELID1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
