PRELID1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRELID1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRELID1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7159, OR8B4, and OFD1P11Y. Each is linked with PRELID1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRELID1-to-partner and partner-to-PRELID1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7159 grouped by PRELID1-low versus PRELID1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRELID1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRELID1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
