PRECSIT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRECSIT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,363 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRECSIT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINH1, NAMPT, and TRIM24_S811. Each is linked with PRECSIT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRECSIT-to-partner and partner-to-PRECSIT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRECSIT versus SERPINH1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRECSIT→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRECSIT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
