Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PREB Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PREB data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher PREB Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PREB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

STAD and COAD are the cancer types where PREB Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
