PREB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PREB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,388 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PREB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPM1G, CAD, and ATAD2B. Each is linked with PREB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PREB-to-partner and partner-to-PREB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PREB versus PPM1G in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PREB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PREB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
