Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PREB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,978 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PREB-associated genes across cancer lineages are EHD4, AHNAK, and KLF7-IT1. Each is linked with PREB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PREB-to-partner and partner-to-PREB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PREB versus EHD4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.22.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PREB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PREB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
