Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PREB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 660 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PREB-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6090, MRPS5P3, and RN7SKP221. Each is linked with PREB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PREB-to-partner and partner-to-PREB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6090 grouped by PREB-low versus PREB-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PREB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PREB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
