Across TCGA cell cohorts, PREB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,596 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PREB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication-dependent chromatin assembly, Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway, and Pyrimidine nucleobase biosynthetic process. Each is linked with PREB in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PREB-to-partner and partner-to-PREB results are reported.
