Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDX5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPDYE2B, MIR548AG2, and GOLGA6C. Each is linked with PRDX5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDX5-to-partner and partner-to-PRDX5 results are reported.
