PRDX4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDX4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,062 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDX4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN4, SPATS2, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with PRDX4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDX4-to-partner and partner-to-PRDX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDX4 versus SEPTIN4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
