Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDX4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22,166 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRDX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are BHLHA15, IGKC, and IGLV6-57. Each is linked with PRDX4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDX4-to-partner and partner-to-PRDX4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDX4 versus BHLHA15 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
