Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDX3P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,963 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRDX3P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule polymerization or depolymerization, Regulation of microtubule polymerization or depolymerization, and Epigenetic programming of gene expression. Each is linked with PRDX3P3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDX3P3-to-partner and partner-to-PRDX3P3 results are reported.
