Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRDX3P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PRDX3P3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher PRDX3P3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRDX3P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.

COAD, PAAD, and THCA are the cancer types where PRDX3P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
