PRDX3P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDX3P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,667 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDX3P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCC1, SMARCA4, and RFC5. Each is linked with PRDX3P2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDX3P2-to-partner and partner-to-PRDX3P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDX3P2 versus RCC1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDX3P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDX3P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
