Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDX3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,118 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRDX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SFXN4, TREM1, and FPR2. Each is linked with PRDX3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDX3-to-partner and partner-to-PRDX3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDX3 versus SFXN4 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
