PRDM8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,564 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF6, PLEKHO2, and RIN3. Each is linked with PRDM8 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM8-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDM8 versus ARHGEF6 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
