PRDM8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Di-Ras3, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with PRDM8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM8-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by PRDM8-low versus PRDM8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
