Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRDM8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,103 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly, Positive regulation of cell-substrate junction organization, and Alpha-amino acid metabolic process. Each is linked with PRDM8 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM8-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM8 results are reported.
