PRDM8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRDM8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM8-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10C1 and KRTAP7-1. Each is linked with PRDM8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM8-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10C1 grouped by PRDM8-low versus PRDM8-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
