Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 681 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRDM7-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKIRIN1P2, NIT2, and NENF. Each is linked with PRDM7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM7-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDM7 versus AKIRIN1P2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
