PRDM16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,393 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM16-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRDM16-DT, DOCK1, and SPTBN1. Each is linked with PRDM16 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM16-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDM16 versus PRDM16-DT in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.95.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM16→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
