Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,326 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRDM16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDAH1, PALM, and PRDM16_S537. Each is linked with PRDM16 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM16-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDM16 versus DDAH1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM16→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
