Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM16 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,511 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM16-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCN, GALNT15, and FBN1. Each is linked with PRDM16 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM16-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDM16 versus DCN in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
