Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,578 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRDM16-associated genes across cancer lineages are BEX4, LACTB, and ACBD5. Each is linked with PRDM16 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM16-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BEX4 grouped by PRDM16-low versus PRDM16-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM16→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
