Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRDM16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,352 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Beige fat cell differentiation, Regulation of granulocyte differentiation, and Cell division. Each is linked with PRDM16 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM16-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM16 results are reported.
