PRDM16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRDM16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 322 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM16-associated genes across cancer lineages are H4C7, LRRTM3, and OR10K2. Each is linked with PRDM16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM16-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H4C7 grouped by PRDM16-low versus PRDM16-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM16→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
