PRDM16-DT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM16-DT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM16-DT-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4510, RNU6-90P, and RN7SL680P. Each is linked with PRDM16-DT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM16-DT-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM16-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4510 grouped by PRDM16-DT-low versus PRDM16-DT-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM16-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM16-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
