Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,650 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM14-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKS2, RNA5-8SN2, and HAUS1. Each is linked with PRDM14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM14-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM14 results are reported.
