Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRDM14 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PRDM14 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher PRDM14 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRDM14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and BRCA show a favorable association.

OV, LIHC, and CHOL are the cancer types where PRDM14 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
