Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRDM14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM14-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPXCR1, CCER1, and IDI2. Each is linked with PRDM14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM14-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM14 results are reported.
