PRDM13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,843 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COIL_T303, TPX2_S738, and ORC3. Each is linked with PRDM13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM13-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDM13 versus COIL_T303 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM13→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
