Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,932 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRDM13-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMPD3, ERICH3, and TOX3. Each is linked with PRDM13 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM13-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDM13 versus SMPD3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM13→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
