PRDM13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,341 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM13-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, PSMD9, and OTX1. Each is linked with PRDM13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM13-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDKN3 grouped by PRDM13-low versus PRDM13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM13→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
