Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRDM13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,987 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal small subunit biogenesis, Ribosome biogenesis, and rRNA processing. Each is linked with PRDM13 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM13-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM13 results are reported.
